On receiving the publication date from the publishers we put in our order and was told that we could expect it during the 3rd week of July. We accepted this and sent out our invites to purchase the book accordingly.
However the 3rd week of July came and went without any books arriving so we contacted the publishers to find out what the delay was. After much efforts we have managed to establish that “the current production schedules show stock due in 6th August. As long as this is correct, books should be with you by w/b 13th August or even before”.
We must offer our apologies to all our customers who have ordered the book for the delay, which is totally out of our control. Please rest assured that we will despatch orders as soon as we have received stock.
I left a message in your contact folder, before I read about the publishing delay.
It must be frustrating for you and your team to deal with this.
Now that I know the reason I will wait patiently.
